Orange Is The New Black : A New Women prison Series

Orange Is the New Black is an American comedy-drama series,created by Jenji Kohan, which is based on "Orange Is the New Black" by Piper Kerman, a memoir about her own experiences in prison. Orange Is the New Black stars Taylor Schilling as Piper Chapman,  a woman in her thirties who is sentenced to 15 months in prison after she is convicted of a decade old crime of transporting money for her drug dealing girlfriend (Laura Prepon). The series also stars Laura Prepon as Alex Vause, a drug dealer and Piper's former lover; Michael J. Harney as prison counselor Sam Healy; Michelle Hurst as Miss Claudette, a fellow inmate; Kate Mulgrew as the inmate cook "Red," and Jason Biggs as Piper's fiancé Larry Bloom.

... Sylvester Stallone is in talks to join a potential TV series based on his hit movie franchise Rambo. The project, is still in the early stages, but Stallone would work with the show on a creative level and could potentially reprise his iconic role. I don't really want to be the person to say this, but isn't it about time we stopped with the remakes, and the sequels, and the adaptations? Have we seriously run out of all the good ideas already? After the failure of Beverly Hills Cop to get a series order, am not holding my breath on this

.... Teen Wolf nails another finale
Serialized dramas live or die by their finales. Teen Wolf's have been excellent since the beginning, and the Season 3A capper didn't disappoint. Neatly tying together one of the show's most elaborate and ambitious plots to date (a sort of supernatural Mexican standoff between three different factions). Feeling very much like a season-ending conclusion rather than mid-season cliffhanger, this finale respected our need for closure and made us even more excited to see what the next batch of episodes will bring us. New monsters, new heartache, even more labyrinthine storytelling— bring it on.

... Apparently Nicholas Brody escaped death twice on Homeland. According to the series' writers, who recently discussed the topic at a TV Academy panel, that was the original plan, but the bigwigs at Showtime stepped in and decided it just wasn't his time. Oh, and the best part? They did the same thing in Season 1 when the writers were debating offing him. The sniper shooting and confrontation with his former marine buddy in Season 1, and the explosion at C.I.A. headquarters in Season 2 would have been perfect situations to kill him off.

Breaking Bad had 5.9 million viewers tuned in for Season 5B premiere, crushing the series' previous high of 2.9 million viewers for the Season 5A premiere. Breaking Bad probably has Netflix to thank for the jump, as many shows are using the video-streaming service as a way to hook new viewers. AMC's new series Low Winter Sun used its Breaking Bad lead-in to draw 2.5 million viewers, and Talking Bad, the new post-Breaking Bad chat show, grabbed 1.2 million viewers.
